We are focused on futuristic EAM solutions like IoT & AI platform, Machine learning, Voice recognition and Predictive Analytics solutions in EAM space.
We have also developed need based add-on products for Maximo like Data Archiving, LogCentral for ease of log viewing, Maximo Survey tool, Barcode & Label Printing solutions as well as Maximo Mobility solutions.
Our experts have at-least 8+ years of actual hands on Maximo industry experience and span industries like Transportation, Manufacturing, Utility, Power, Solar, State Government and Higher Eds.
Our Team
Kashyap Sanghvi is an entrepreneur by heart and engineer by thinking, has 20+ years of experience in IT and 16 + years in Enterprise & IT Asset Management. He has worked in various capacities from an IT developer to a subject matter expert with many Maximo customers around USA and Canada. Before founding AssetOne, Kashyap worked at CSX Railroad, General Electric and Tata Consulting Services. He has been a Public & Motivational speaker at many Industry events and conferences. Kashyap has an Engineering degree from University of Mumbai and Diploma in Industrial Electronics. He is a Board Member at Axis Entertainment and BeEducated, a non-profit working towards betterment of under privileged kids globally.
Kinjal Shah has 10+ years of experience in HR, Operations, Banking in Management or leadership roles across various industries. She has worked at Citi bank, Equifax, and HDFC Red before joining AssetOne as Human Resource Manager. She has completed her Bachelors in Business Administration from Mumbai University and MBA in International business from ITM, Mumbai. Kinjal brings a bundle of excitement, energy and positive attitude to work and perseveres to achieve company’s mission to provide best possible benefits and work environment to its employees.
Pragnesh Sanghvi joined AssetOne as Director of Business Development and Finance. He holds business management degree with specialization in International Business and Marketing from ITM Navi Mumbai. He gained Intl experience in UK with large telecom brands like Vodafone, T- Mobile and O2. In India he earned 15 Yrs of rich experience in Banking, Finance & Insurance with top brands like HDFC, Aditya Birla Money, Max Life, Kotak and ICICI. At young age he aspired to be an entrepreneur and utilize his skills in the field of Business & IT. Pragnesh’s portfolio includes Finance, business development and talent acquisition. His favorite hobbies are specialty cooking, chess, travelling and public service.
Automation Test Engineer with 3+ years of experience in the IT industry. Having a knowledge of front-end UI, Cypress automation and backend JS tools. I definitely feel we’re moving forward. He has extensive experience in Maximo product tailoring, designing & solutioning, configuration and customization. He has worked on various suits and add-ons of Maximo like EAM – Nuclear, Transportation, Utility and ICD – SP(Service Provider), CCMDB.
Vinit has played various roles like Maximo Architect, Team Lead, Senior Developer, Module Lead & Quality Assurance. He has also worked in the roles of Maximo educator – both building and delivering educational material. Vinit joins AssetOne directly from Tech Mahindra’s Maximo COE.
Working as a software developer, most for cloud and web applications based on a MEAN stack. I set my focus and interest on working with AWS and GCP deploying applications on Cloud Serverless.
AWS has been on my radar since the past months and years and fascinates me. Doing speaking engagements about this technology at conferences, universities and public meetup groups and educating myself about the impacts on our society and the way we do business is keeping my busy, too.
Besides my deep technical skills, I’m well known for playing a team member role, coordinating teams, communicating with other teams and just being there as a focal point for all kinds of challenges.
